SocialVolt is seeking an energetic Inside Sales professional to build client relationships and drive sales of the SocialVolt platform. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to succeed under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Generate new opportunities through daily prospecting/cold calling
  • Make contact with leads generated through web and marketing programs
  • Build rapport with prospects and prepare/deliver sales presentations
  • Learn and follow an established sales process
  • Maintain and update the sales database; keep a record of all daily calls, inquiries and any additional sales documentation
  • Conduct concentrated marketing campaigns and customer outreach
  • Expand knowledge of the industry and the competitive posture of the company

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in outbound telesales
  • Passionate about Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Experience in sales, lead generation and client management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to work well in a close-knit team
  • Experience or desire to work at a tech startup
